If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.

  • Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or style? Contact us and we’ll be happy to help you with an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email us at [your email] within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
